Listening and communicating with the people that work day to day with the customers instead of making changes that not only make customers but your employees angry as well. I want leadership that actually works alongside us and inspires us by their actions not just by delegating. . .

Being paid an extra dollar fifty for staying until 10pm at night would work, or at least allowing your assistant managers pick a schecule based off the clubs needs.

You have to do so much for just basically minimum wage

I loved helping the older crowd in the morning and helping the younger crowd learn about muscle groups and splits in their training.....but what i loved the most was helping the most dedicated people in gym stay encouraged and watching them develope.....Ive been lifting for over 20 yrs

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You actively make deals and information consistently and almost seems like on purpose sometimes and it obviously leads to a lot of incidents where people feel ill-informed because not only is some of the information not concise but it's presentation is also kinda suspicious quite often, (misleading)

Lack of oversight leads to managers taking advantage of team players. Willfully blind upper management is no help.
