At the Tamarac gym, we do not get paid enough to deal with the stuff we go through. management makes our jobs harder and we get no help or assistance

Pay for our franchise is barely above minimum wage but even in desperate need overtime is never approved meaning sometimes we can work 7 days a week and still not hit 40 hours. Many times I've gone above and beyond covering shifts and supporting management but there's never acknowledgment.

I am the overnight worker and i do so much for little pay. I clean the entire gym by myself no manager is on the clock and i go put up weights mop locker rooms clean top to bottom every single treadmill and i believe should be making between $15-$18/hr but i only make min wage
