We require minimal management. Everyone knows their job and does their job.

Everyone works hard, does their job with minimal direction, drops what they are doing to help a co-worker and always have a pleasant disposition.

My first level management allows me to do my and correctly assumes that if I need assistance on anything that I will ask for it.

Mutual respect among my co-workers and management. Always having a task to do. Access to help whenever I hit a roadblock. Encouragement to take personal time.

Most of the time we are given all of the resources necessary to do a great job. Movement within the company is available in order to retain good employees.

The atmosphere is one of a small company that really does care about their employees. As employee owners we are encouraged to participate in the growth of the company while maintaining the small company feel. Quite often there are events to bring employees together socially.

Individuals in my chain of management are technical people who continue to do technical work in addition to management. I have significant respect for them. I am never asked to perform tasks that they would not do themselves if time permitted. I am given ALL the resources I need to perform my job.
