Hard to decide, but the $1,000 for not taking the ins is good since I already have other health insurance. Employee-ownership is a good perk.

The positive environment of our whole team (ctr, mil, gov) and that the gov really trusts me with important taskers and roles, even though I'm "just" a contractor.
