I work at Raising Canes 12. The shift managers and operations manager do not show good leadership for crew. As hard as I work over there, I am not appreciated at all. They like to play favorites and not everyone is treated equal. Our General Manager is amazing and such a pleasure to work with.

They need to recognize our hard work. They need to learn how to talk to crew members. If they would appreciate us more and talk to us better and treat us with respect like we do with them then the work place wouldn't be so toxic
