The current problem is that they have no experience other than raising canes. Raising canes is a place to learn how to become more like "them" because you cannot apply their style to any other company. Rasing canes is not about having people be different.

Theirs so much unfairness in the job. Team members that have more time working there have special treatment than those who are new. My store manager happen to make rude comments that offended my race. And when costumers treat us bad, the managers dont step up to help you out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They dont acknowlage you unless they need somthing from you and their very not understanding when problems happem outside of work.

$10 an hour to do very physically demanding work for 8, 9, 10, even 11 hours is just not a fair wage. Cane's tries to be competitive with other fast-food chains in a lot of aspects and attempts to distinguish itself from the rest, however the pay to its employees is not reflective of this.

Its honestly bot really the coworker its the managment they play favorites and it makes some of the crewmembers think they have power they'll put the other crewmembers down and the managers will watch and do nothing about it
