Raising Cane's Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

That it was like sitting getting to know a new friend

Friendly, explained well and gave details

I could always tell how the interview is going just by how the interviewer would listen to your answers and ask questions

It was very comfortable, honest and positive.

Review from Customer Success Dept

they communicated very well with me, got back to me super quick and were very transparent with training and hiring

My manager was really chill and welcoming

i liked everything about my interview process because it was very easy to do

It was no longer than 10 minutes

The flexibility of scheduling and the Zoom option.

Review from Sales Dept

The style of leadership that was shown.

The question were quick and direct, and I was able to relay information well.

It gave me the sense of belonging to something.

They were so kind and infirmative while engaging with me.

Promises of a flexible schedule and a reasonable amount of hours as I am still a student.

Review from Sales Dept

It was not full of pressure. They asked good questions and listened to my answers.

I got the job on spot

Being able to explain myself

The management that did my interviews were very friendly and showed that they wanted to work with me from the beginning.

Nothing really, the interview lacked information about the position, pay, and benefits.

Review from Customer Success Dept

What I liked most about the interview process was that it was super easy and straightforward, the hiring manager didn't ask many questions, and they're all super basic, she just asked me why I think I would be a good fit, why I wanted to work there and if I had a method of transportation, that's it.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Be honest about the hours that you are giving the workers. When you Hire them. Don't change the hours after you get hired

Review from Product Dept

The person who hired me didn't share my correct available hours to the correct person

Mangent being mire pistive really telling ppl how the work place is

Nobody ever shows up after the interview!!

Review from Customer Success Dept

I would change how long I talk to the employee because mine was super short asked me about a handful of questions then it was over.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Higher pay, managers with more experience that can reconize who is in front of them. Also they age discrimminate.

Review from Sales Dept

Keep it professional and clean

not hire people that have unreliable modes of transportation

They just put them on computers and they complete a test

Review from Marketing Dept

We take too long to make a hire.

Review from Marketing Dept

A less intimidating interviewer would help
