Q&A With Raising Cane's Employees

At Cane’s we’re all about ONE LOVE – chicken finger meals. We’re committed to serving the highest quality chicken finger meals as fast as we can, in a friendly, clean restaurant. And best of all, having FUN while doing it. Let me tell you why. We recognize that our front line, cooks, cashiers, and managers are some of the most important people in the company. They are important for two reasons, first because they serve our customers and second because they are responsible for every meal we serve! We have a great concept, but it takes passion, a great crew and exceptional culture to make a concept a success. These are things that drive Raising Cane’s.

How employees describe working at Raising Cane's

garbage management, and witholding my w-2's

I do believe the company itself is quite amazing and should be a great place to work, although currently due to the pandemic it is quite stressful to work due to being VERY understaffed.

Love the fast pace and the cukture of every restaurant

the chicken is great tasting

The managers there think that they have the right to fire someone illegally. I was discriminated and harassed and also they use you whenever they feel like it.

  • We use both phone interviews and live interviews. The phone interview is an early stage of the process for management and support roles to ensure the candidate has all of the right qualifications for the role, is in line with compensation expectations and is a good fit for Raising Cane's in general based on our culture and how we do business. If candidates are aligned and perform well in the initial phone screen then we may invite them in for face to face interviews as a next step in the process.
