It just depends on your immediate supervisor the manager the day of the week when they all come together it's great but usually they don't

Management Accountability and concern for their crew members. Nobody holds our managers accountability because they take things personal and then take it out on crew members

Managers are toxic and employees have a lack of prior experience, so they don’t know better and perpetuate toxic attitudes when they become manager
