Its unfair treatment to staff thats below managers. The mangeres have selected favorites and treat there staff badly. Theyve written me up for emergencys which is unfair and im losing my job to it.

Being nice to lower staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be better at understanding that were human and deserve to be treated like one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They dont acknowlage you unless they need somthing from you and their very not understanding when problems happem outside of work.
