What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to recognize our hard work. They need to learn how to talk to crew members. If they would appreciate us more and talk to us better and treat us with respect like we do with them then the work place wouldn't be so toxic

I have been there for 4 years and sometimes the work we do or might do extends past what you may think so I believe pay should be a bit more but then again I am well compensated because I continue to have a Reassessment on my volume

We should make at least 15/hr with medical, eye and dental benefits. Breaks or sitting time should be available. Paid vacation and sick days should be gathered. Essential workers deserve career benefits.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to change. Everything else has been reasonably good and had no complaints. However management has become sour and rude eventually.

The trainers are encouraging however it’s not genuine. They say good job out of habit to seem encouraging but they don’t mean it. They are extremely judgmental and impatient however
