They really care about us! It's a laid back environment but everyone is very focused and high octane driven at the same time to keep things rolling. They put alot of trust in us to do a great job and it makes you want to keep giving your best every single day.

Just being able to take care of every restaurants needs and give back to Todd, AJ, and everyone who makes Canes a great place to work. They deserve the best in the business and that's what I'm going to give them everyday because they gave me an opportunity to grow my career with Cane's.

Just being able to be my genuine self and share my passion for what I do with them. The managers interviewing me were quick to realize my potential and eager to make me a part of the team. They know I am down for whatever Cane's has in store for me in the future. Getting to know them was a blast.
