As I am in sales, the ramp commission rate was very generous and motivating. I also received my first raise after 9 months.

Our leadership team is very open and transparent about the growth plans of the company, and very open to hearing feedback and listening to new ideas. I think that is very important for every startup to have a leadership team that exemplifies that.
