I do have concerns with recent cuts at Guidewire and that makes me a little uneasy about security, but overall I'm comfortable.

Now it's changing. New directives are taking over the part we liked the most and leaving us with a purely executive role.
Appian: My group was an individual start-up before merging into Appian with its own processes. At the group level, Appian processes are not easily welcomed, and my role is thus always challenged. It seem team prefers old work practices, and feel more restricted with Appian processes, don't need any coaching
