Enshored: I was referred by a friend who is happily employed. I, then also, referred another friend: who is now just recently hired (he's excited). I for one is also very much happy.

Enshored: Nice experience because of the work from home setup but since they want us to return to office, I think it might change. A higher salary is needed because of the nature of the job and the inflatio rate.

They are not transparent and they don't know the struggle of being an agent. They don't know how we feel.

Enshored: its actually ok however its much better if the benefits will be extended to in-laws especially if you're legally married. It was really a struggle for me wen my mom in-law passed away then after a month my dad in law follow and I haven't got any help from the company.
