Nice experience because of the work from home setup but since they want us to return to office, I think it might change. A higher salary is needed because of the nature of the job and the inflatio rate.

As a content moderator I believe that we are underpaid. If you will compare the nature of our job in the industry, we are clearly the lowest. If this will not be resolve more employess will find a better company that pays well.
