We're hemorrhaging talent due and it feels like management doesn't care about its employees but I prefer having a job in this recession and I don't want to be fired or laid off.

Initially really great. So much so that I passed up multiple offers from other companies to stay here. Gradually worse every year. Vast majority of C-suite and SVPs are gone too. We miss KPIs due to being short-staffed and underpaid. Great products unsupported and forgotten while focusing on trends.

forced return to office and arbitrary rules around it, multiple uncommunicated organizational shifts, poor integration of acquisitions, lack of respect for local cultures and disregard for previous benefits employees had pre-acquisition, lack of transparency and communication

negotiable raises, annual raises on top of merit-based raises, additional cost of living increases separate from raises, solid opportunities for growth, educational benefits, share/stock options, paid education training, additional compensation for returning to office, true wfh/unlimited vacay

I get paid less than a tier 2 support agent in the US and my managers keep leaving me behind to their subordinates so I technically keep getting demoted. My manager now is someone my first manager told me wouldn't be a good fit for me as a manager.

Half of the mid-high level management personnel I work with see me as a nuisance of no significant value while the other half who are incredible to work with see me as invaluable. It's awful to keep being put into high-priority initiatives and be disregarded as irrelevant when I'm a high-achiever.
