Cognia: HR is the group who decides raises and they with no discussion with employees. They threaten you when you ask for a promotion with being fired.

California Pizza Kitchen: The support in house is good. My general manager is very nice. Corporate is unrealistic and out of touch with how a restaurant actually works. They also automatically take out tip money out of my revene but wont let us use auto gratuity so sometimes I end up paying for the guest to come in.
Upflex: My overall experience with Upflex is awful. I can't recommend working here as long as the current leadership stays in place. Our leaders are awful and incompetent, and these qualities are made worse by their close-mindedness and huge egos.
ZeroFox: Solid people, good mission, great environment. Would appreciate more alignment with my own salary expectations, but overall this is a good company to work for.

PKL Services: I like to work for PKL as a whole company, however the management team at mountain home afb is abysmal. The employees who spent 20 years in the mil get treated better than the ones who didn't amd day shift always gets preferential treatment.
PKL Services: Poorly. Started great, then within a year leadership started protecting employees that work less and demand more than others. Along with allowing other management to make up rules and pick favorites

Great Wolf Lodge: The employees at GWL were all friendly and patient. Special shout-out to Maria in the bathing suit store and to Mariah at the front desk. I am an older person who was toting a lot of stuff. She saved me by helping me to reinforce my wet paper bag and load me up with the rest of my luggage.

There is also constant change/turnover with my team and cross-departments I rely on, which makes it hard to feel secure in my job role. Otherwise, my actual role is exactly what I want to be doing in my career.
ZeroFox: It's been great! I have work/life balance. Managers that care about my wellbeing. I have great coworkers and made very good friends. Only thing is the budgeting for tools that our team needs. We are a cybersecurity company and I don't feel that is a priority for the company.
