I am paid severely under market value for my position, and was promised a salary increase last year for taking on an additional role after the layoffs. I have yet to see that and workload continues to increase.

I've been underpaid for a while now, and each time asking for a bump in compensation to match the value I provide has been difficult and takes a very long time, even though it's acknowledged by my leadership team and HR.
