SSM Healthcare: SSM has a severe lack in patient advocacy. As a "customer" with chronic health issues, the degree of misdiagnosing, medical gaslighting and unwillingness to work with patients to receive testing with urgency is astounding.
Shutterfly: I have worked here for close to 20 years. I have put a lot into my job and the company does not care about you as a person and what you bring to the table. You are just a number to them, yet they claim to be transparent and diverse.

Motel 6: I was charged for an extra night in a room I didn't stay in. And now the motel will not answer the phone. HOW did they rent a room to someone with my card information wasnt even the same room I stayed in. Will not being staying at motel 6 again.

Lincare: Billing is horrible. They want to collect on statements sent to insurance yet, I have not received a bill in over six months. It's shady to say the least. Customer service is terrible as there are no specialist to offer resolutions. Looking at competitors now.

CenterPoint Energy: Fees, fees, and fees... Customer since 2017. The cost of the monthly fees since 2020 has been at a all high. Literally, every month the fees cost more than the cost of my monthly kwh usage. This is beyond crazy. I will be switching energy companies for sure.

Apria Healthcare: Apria's customer support practices are rather questionable. No one answers for anything, you just get a runaround and can't get a straight answer from anybody who answers the phone. Getting a manager on the phone is an act of congress especially trying to sort out the billing charges.
Poshmark: The customer service staff is usually stellar. This last experience requires a manager to oversee. ZERO, ZILCH complete disregard to my request. Obviously, the corporate team does not care for customer service excellence or they wouldn't give so much power to ones who shouldn't have it. Failure.
SirsiDynix: The best company I've worked for! The pay may be a bit lower, but the work-life balance, and the amount of time off given are absolutely worth it!
Ineos: Many leaders are unapproachable and cliquish. Also, they lack in providing clear guidance and direction. I do not feel safe with this company.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen: The location on 40 highway in Independence Mo is so much better. I normally only order whole wings. All of a sudden in my last 2 visits the wings are a beautiful golden color, moist and flavorful. Maybe the cooking oil or the cooks are different. My only complaint is there were too many feathers.
