Qualfon: Overall my experience has been good but at times frustrating. The communication is off at the management level. Information is always reactive instead of proactive. A simple "I don't know but let me find out" would be nice instead of guessing at answers when asked about polices, procedure etc.

Chick-fil-A: Well the people are good but the rules dont make sense, because sometimes the hold onto our checks if we dont pay something, For example, once someone broke a claw grabber to reach the cups and lids ans they made everyone pay two dollars cash and if you didnt pay them they would hold on your check.
Crusoe: I feel empowered to do my best work at Crusoe. I have autonomy, receive regular feedback, and am able to make a big impact as a result.

FedEx Freight: As a past employee. Id say working in a male dominated workforce such as fedex freight is similar to risking your life. An employee assulted me, strangled me close to my death. Resulting in higher managment defending him over myself. i do not trust management to make ethical choices.
