Victra: Entire pay structure was changed and it affected pay a lot. Salary was taken away and when commission changed to pay period it made it harder to reach target because of short timeframe to hit goals

The conpany preaches about their core calue of integrity, but i feel sometimes the company itself lacks integrity. It seems like more work is being asked with less pay.

Victra: I was promoted due to my ability, potential, and willingness to relocate. Since then the payment structure has changed to force a 45 hour work week, contro further obfuscated, and I haven't been compensated at all for moving. I love the company and want to change it for the better, looking forward.

Paycom: My team is very close and always willing to help each other, no questions asked. It is very rare to find a group of people who work well together to accomplish goals together as a team.

You have people that are higherup telling you that you deserve or will be great at a position and to apply, but no interview at all. Also, you shouldn't have to move away from home in order to move up in a company.

Victra: I think everyone i work with is great but Our RD Bryan Duty needs to do better and stop threatening people so they can hit goals and he needs to be more friendly coming into my store or others store as well instead of acting stuck up and not friendly.
Victra: overall the company's not bad to work for, I like the work and what we do but there is so much lost in translation from the top to the bottom. and it doesn't matter how much you put yourself out there and proxy and try and create a brand for yourself you wont move up unless you know someone.
