Work life balance is terrible im working 10+ hrs a day and compensation does feel like enough for how much i do

I believe as a manager i should be paid more in hourly as the company consistently does comp changes that ultimately always ends up with us making less.

O que precisa melhor na cultura da empresa?

Better work life balance, as a manager i should never have to work past 5pm. Our hours should also be adjusted based off traffic as most days we dont see most customers until 12 or later but are sitting around waiting since 9am.. time wasted and metrics like cph are compromised for uncontrollables
