Mostly positive, but always feeling like I have to fight for my worth and that I am easily replaceable.
There is a diverse representation of people/cultures in leadership positions
Several members are very skilled in their roles and are approachable
Salary seems comparable to fair market value in my geographic area
remote workforce enables me to be as productive as possible throughout the day
Focus on DEI and numerous opportunities to get involved in committees, events and activities
We support each other and are eager to lend a hand when others seemed overwhelmed.
Autonomy - I am not micromanaged and have the right amount of freedom to complete my tasks
We all respect each other's ideas/opinions ad pitch in to help each other out - we really do mesh well and support each other
In researching similar roles at other organizations, I am paid much lower than their posted ranges. For the scope and expectations of my role, I should be at a much higher scale.
Nothing wrong, just doesn't evoke excitement. I like what I do and I'm good at it. There is no dreading logging in, but I wouldn't say what I do is necessarily exciting.
