My experience at AP has been positive. I started over 10 yrs ago and never thought I would be here this long, but the company, the environment makes you want to stay based on what AP believes in. Becoming a Senior and being able to help other co-workers would be one of the best experiences.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
I think that we have many employees of different backgrounds and ethnicities which make it a great environment to work in and learn from as well. We have grown in this area over the years.
Quais são algumas das melhores coisas da sua equipe?
As SC's we have a hard job at times retaining our students we hear all personal issues and we also have personal issues as well. With that being said we work together as a team if anyone is out to contact each other students with being asked.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
The fact that I am able to encourage students to complete their degrees and help those that may not think they are able to complete a fully online program and maintain work and family life. It makes me so happy when I have a student struggle and complete their degree.
Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?
I am able to work from home and the money I make has saved me on travel expenses on gas, and that helps my household. We are also able to at times as many OT hours when needed. The pay is above and the increase a year certainly makes a difference.
O que você mais gosta nos lideres?
I like that they are open to feedback and do not take offense when given. There are many leaders that we have now that are approachable even though we work from home. As leaders they have listened to the employee needs by having a survey and making as many changes as possible.
