Increase pay. Institute Happy Friday's. I am not sure why that didn't get approved, but it's truly sad to those of us the know it works even going into the busiest time of year.

If we were not made to punch a clock like we work at McDonalds. Although it's a remote company Risepoint should realize that employees that were hired pre remote (pandemic) and should be treated fairly by location.
