Love the people. Love the work when it is mentally challenging. A lot of my work is brain dead - anyone can do this. A lot of recognition to my face, less to the bank account. Taking on more responsibilities and developing more skills and knowledge to do my job better and helping create better systems to streamline information and getting a 'good job'..
