Being in the leadership role we get a chance to screen applicants specifically for accounts that we handle, fairly I observed their technical skills connected to the open position, motivation to do hybrid work, working attitude or habits related to attendance and doing repetitive task.

We foster a positive environment. The virtual Prod is effective in ensuring that at any time we can discuss and collaborate on team performance and action Item. Establishing a clear line of communication is important so my team are comfortable to reach out to me at any time vice versa.

They encourage transparency and create a culture where feedback is valued and acted upon. I myself is part of the leadership team and I made sure all my agents are comfortable reaching out to me at any time for any concern. This makes my cluster more positive and open to everything.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
The people I have under my team, not perfect but we made sure to set expectations as early as 1st day; The coworkers from other departments or accounts somewhat became your friends and part of your daily onsite life. 3rd the culture itself. 4th your ability to work onsite and work at home anytime.
