Love the company values and what it hopes to stand for; however, the trust we are supposed to have amongst the team doesn't exist. The support that was alluded to prehire is also not realistic. The job itself is very isolating.

Internal efficiency and congruency are needed. The organization is very siloed by function and pillar. There is a lot of "not my table" mentality and our lack of teamwork is at the expensive of and apparent to the customer.
