Their clarity in seeing what's coming, planning be ahead in the game and executing the plan perfectly. Like with AI. By the time competition announced their software Synopsys already had several dozens of notable customer products releasing with Synopsys AI software. They are also very inspiring.

Everyone is very collaborative. If I message someone on chat I always get a response be it my teammate or someone in a different department. Everyone tries to what they can so everyone can keep making progress. We have very few meetings and have lot of time to focus on my work.

Everyone is nice and the company culture seems to encourage work life balance. So my manager and the team are very supportive when something unexpected comes up. Also, no matter how high up a person is in the grade level they respond quickly. It is refreshing and I want to be here till I retire.

We are truly a team. We help each other out even without having to ask for help. There is no politics at all. Our manager cares about everyone in the team and is flexible so it makes it easier to balance work and life. My manager is also highly knowledgeable so there are no unrealistic expectations.

I have worked for close to 20 years in the semi industry and I moved to Synopsys mid last year. This is the first time I am in a team where there is hardly any politics. My team members, my manager and the people from other teams that I work with are all nice. I can focus on my work without worrying
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
I have been working for 18+ years and this is my third company. This is the happiest I have been because I love the work I am doing, my team and my manager are amazing and I am learning a lot in my job while being productive and adding value to the team. I am looking forward to many more years here.
