Resolving an issue that has been in the works for awhile. Knowing we can finally update our clients that something is fixed or addressed is a great experience for everyone.

Unlimited PTO is priceless. If I need a mental break or life happens, I don't have to stress about asking for a day off or trying to weigh if it's worth taking a day or not.

Their "open door" mentality. It helps me feel like I can talk to anyone at any time if I need to - which is awesome and unlike a lot of the companies I have worked for prior.

I am paid by merit, so my hard work actually does pay off. The company and my managers are also very open and honest with why I am being paid what I am, no question goes unanswered.

How welcoming and forward thinking the company is. I have never felt more comfortable in being myself at a company. They believe everyone's individuality is an asset and use that to make the company stronger, and it works.

I love how stressful it isn't. I love the autonomy I have. Knowing that I am working under a trustful manager, with a reliable team and have a good knowledge base of the facets of my job really does make for a happy employee.

Although I applied online, as that is the norm today, I got phone call and was able to talk to an actual person before even coming in. I was encouraged to ask questions and it was very inviting like a casual conversation instead of intimidating and overly structured.

Everyone is very good at what they do, we all bring different knowledge and expertise to the table. But the best part is nobody is afraid to say they don't know something or ask for help, and even better yet, everyone is always willing to help or find someone that can.
