Even though we have been working remotely, there is still support if you need help with something you do not understand. We all try to stay connected so we can help each other.

I am happy when I can get the providers paid. I am hoping it makes their lives a little easier so they can provide quality care to their patients who really need it.

I think they try to think of all the little extras you might need and offer them from pet insurance to financial planning . I think they are trying to give us a sense of peace for all parts of our life.

The commitment they have for caring about others. They are always checking how others are doing. One of our customers had storm damage. They paid staff to go help them fix their property up. They do little things like this all the time.

O que você mais gosta nos lideres?

I think my favorite thing is Thrive Thursday. They bring people in to show us how our job impacts others. It inspires me to keep going. I also like the topics that are brought up. Sometimes the topics are hard to talk about but it has really changed how I view things and I try to find out more.
