They systems they have created are always breaking and we are stuck trying to work around them a lot of the time. IT tickets take days to a week for a response

There was a long period of a couple months where the programs stopped working and everything has to be done as a workaround. Then there was a breach and employees info was leaked and I'm sure customer info as well.
