Yes. This is a very tough job. I think the compensarion needs to reflect the education and experience if the employee
They pay the lowest hourly rate available per the contract and you can work on a project year to year and never receive a pay raise. Thus somebody coming in new to the project makes the same as someone with years of experience on the very same project.
I was a contractor don't know about their benefits
Nothing. Policy is policy. HR cant/won't answer phone calls
No one listens to employee concerns.
I am part of the management team and have to fight to get outstanding performers pay increases. There is a corporate culture that people are lucky to be working here and as long as we give them 1-2% a year, they will be happy.
