I am somewhat new to XPO so I don't know the leadership team very well. From the few encounters I have had, I don't have any complaints. My personal manager is the BEST though
My personal team is small and we get a long VERY well. I think that is very important when you interview someone; making sure they fit into the culture and personality of the team. It makes my job so much better to get along with my team
When I was interviewed for this position, I was given a compensation package that reflected the job I WILL do and the progress I WILL make, not just my previous experience. I felt that they really invested in me and that makes me want to be a great employee.
I have a great team that I get along with and a manager who respects me as a person. I feel that my manager not only trains me for the job I have but prepares me to move forward in my career and be the best I can be.
I think workplace is a nice thing. It's comforting to see other members of the LGBT+ community in your company, even if it is virtual for now. Also, within my team I am not afraid to make a mistake, as they are treated as learning experiences, not failures. It is very comforting and inspiring
