I enjoy working at XPO and believe in the organization. We have leaders in place in my region that provide the necessary guidance and expectations, but then they get out of the way and let us operate. I appreciate that. After beating plan by more than 200% for 2020, I received a 3.5% increase in pay. This was .5% more than what was budgeted. What's my incentive to go above and beyond if there is only a .5% reward over meeting plan.
