Pay is controlled by individuals that are bias with personal feelings and not by work performance.
Communication in house is great. Location Operations team is ran very lean. They could be more effective if they had more support.
Being respectful to employees, Including all team members, There is a great division in HR leadership which excludes certain individuals and cultures. We speak of changing the culture but the are not taking a look of our leaders.
Our inhouse work environment is great and my relationship with employees and my peers is great and one of the reason why I have stayed. I hope the company will continue to grow and bring on more people that care about their employees work life and be willing to communicate affectively.
