Working from home has been the best part.
It's really not a happy environment.
The members of my team whom I considered my friends are now on other shifts.
Communication. The only communication I get from any mgmt personnel is when I make a mistake. Nothing is done to be proactive to prevent the error. Training is very lack luster.
Sharing information. As the low man on the totem pole and after being with the company for over a year I feel I have learned very little compared to others. If my mgmt team does not feel I am capable of doing more with my job then set me free.
