We work hard, play hard, respect one another and strive to support the division for the common goal. I never feel that anyone is trying to take advantage and what I see is we are very open and honest with one another. We also have fun which helps the delivery of our objectives which balances.

The equity (LTIP) benefit is great makes me feel like I really do own part of the business and play my part. Also the bonus approach is really good and proud to be associated with a company like XPO especially what they did for the team during the pandemic. It has breed more loyalty from me for sure
