
new challenges that are not every day to day work
They are very knowledgeable on the Subject they are hired for and their inputs and suggestions are valuable
they are open about the thing going on, but do no invest or care for persons who have been key in building the process
People I know at work keep a very positive atmosphere, but company culture wise i don't see any thing that's exiting. With recently Joined HR they are doing the best to create a culture arround.
There is no growth in carrier in my team, its been more than 11+ years and I am working same position, with the amount of work/effort/experience I do bring in, still i feel undervalued., but when i look around in other Teams, the growth seems to be fantastic. i do bring these question on ONE on ONE
