I've been at XPO long enough to have advanced in my career but I feel that I have been held back due to favoritism and it is disappointing. Changes need to be made or else good people will start leaving the company.

XPO is starting to embrace diversity and inclusion. Still work to be done but at least it's a start.

There is lots of favoritism at XPO. People are promoted who don't deserve to be and the qualified are overlooked or given empty hope. My manager for instance was promoted while on maternity leave and now barely manages our team. She is not fit for management but promoted anyway.
