Everyone is really positive, upbeat and smart. We work hard, but there are many opportunities to learn and grow.

Our team is very open and honest and everyone is hardworking. My manager also cares about me as a person and is very helpful and supportive.

I do believe that we work in a fast-paced company and may be asked to do more than someone at our same level in a more established company. It would be great to be compensated for the increased workload and expectations.

O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?

I like to get feedback from my leaders. I appreciate when the executives have town hall meetings. I appreciate working from home and hope we continue to have that option, as it directly correlates to my productivity and attitude. I also like all of the positive programs, ERG's and XPO University.
