A lot of growth and investment in my development. Happy with my team. I think we are still growing as a company so there have been some things that have altered my experience negatively, such as my experiences with microaggressions from folks outside of my department.

I love the interaction between coworkers and departments. Most departments collaborate and it enhances our culture.

We are close knit and always have an open forum dynamic. I feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and ideas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel as if I have a good mix of both equity + a base that is comparable to market data.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our leadership team is very open when we have questions about projects/things that are going on within the company.
