What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers are cool people and don't deserve that treatment

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They keep their employees just under 40 hours so they don't have to provide benefits but they also don't have time for a second job

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Company treats employees and customers like money makers and nothing else. My manager was a liar and completely misled me on the kind of money I was making. He lied and took advantage of customers who could not afford the membership.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Paid minimum wage as a sales associate. Nearly impossible to break the threshold to receive commission after January (New Years resolutions...). Lied to about threshold and was told I should start driving for uber, claim my sister's children on my taxes, & go to the mall on my time off to advertise
