Overall, the compensation and benefits are very fair. The best part is the 4-Day flex schedule. Hard to complain about compensation when the company I work for pays me fairly and gives me an extra day each week to tackle anything unexpected that comes up.

The ability to make an impact on a global scale. I might work here in the US, but I get to interact with team members from around the globe. It's an awesome way to build new connections with people in other countries and stay connected to other parts of the world.

The leadership of the company is extremely supportive of the employees. You can't create an exceptional work environment without buy-in from the top and it seems like they are ALL-IN on culture. We have a global team too, so creating this type of environment is no easy task but it's been a big win!

There was plenty of opportunity to interact with people from the different teams. I am a member of the marketing team, but there are a lot of smaller teams within it. So, getting a chance to interact with each of these smaller teams gave me a great idea of how I would fit in before even joining.
