I liked the variation, interviewing with people directly in your field, but also interviewing with people that are outside of your department. It gives a more complete picture of what it's like to work at Workfront and how teams interact with eachother.
Leadership comes across as motivated and driven, with good thoughts on direction of the company as a whole. As a fast-growing company its key to hold on to culture and ensure that that same motivation exists within the organization. I feel that leadership is doing all they can to involve and empower
