
Everyone on my team is willing to help with anything I may need. I feel like I was quickly included as part of the group.
Workfront leadership looks for opportunities to teach. If something is done incorrectly, or could be done better, rather than get upset the leadership first looks to educate and teach.
Not only do I feel I get paid appropriately for my level of expertise, but Workfront also pays a large portion of insurance premiums which lessens the burden on me and my family.
Workfront is a great example of the phrase, "work hard, play hard." We have a ton of fun. We laugh and have a good time during the work day. But we are also expected to produce quality and timely work.
I loved that for the most part none of my interviewers asked any of the typical STAR interview questions. The questions that were asked were applicable to real world scenarios and often dealt with my work history, experience, and ability.
