The people. Arista's culture is due to its people and they've done a great job in finding the smartest people who fit together seamlessly.

Working w/ very smart people everyday is always great. I also think just about everyone is one the same page about work-life balance which is great. No one expects you to override yourself w/ 60 hr work weeks like other companies in the Bay.
