They need to work on communication about things outside of our department.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a competitive compensation package with the ability to earn a yearly bonus. The 401K match is fair and competitive with other employers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a work/life balance and the you can work at home depending on your manager. Unfortunately I'm not in a department where that is acceptable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm unhappy with my current manager and the way I'm micro-managed. As an adult in a professional position it's extremely difficult to work while being micro-managed.
