They are resilient and they don't let the potentially depressing negative environment dictate their entire life even when off the clock!
Accountability. Making others around them regardless of their position feel like they not only matter but also are heard. I mean come on y'all. Everything. A good start would be making sure that their employees felt like they mattered. Oh and higher ups should understand what ACCOUNTABILITY means and understand how they have none. You can't expect from others if you can't even expect it from yourself. #BIRDSOFAFEATHERFLOCKTOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!
Because the higher ups talk down at you. I would be shocked if they weren't purposely trying to make their employees feel like they were nothing more than "Disposable Employees". You really have to try and try hard to make someone feel like they did me. And I felt like this since my first day hired!
